La Fira de Barcelona launches hybrid forum on food, tourism and gastronomy
Barcelona Fira in Spain announced the launch of a new hybrid event, the Food and Hospitality, Tourism and Gastronomy Forum (FHG Forum).
The event, which will take place at the Palau de Congressos in Fira de Barcelona, ââon September 28 and 29, will be divided into three thematic blocks: Catering, Food Service and Agri-Food Production; Hospitality, Communities and Tourism; and Retail, Large-scale food distribution and Value chain.
The director of the FHG Forum, Josep Alcaraz, said the event will present “a solid platform where the sector can come together again, discover success stories to face the current situation and discover tools with which to relaunch deals”.
The Managing Director of Alimentaria Exhibitions, J. The new event will have a hybrid format (face-to-face and virtual). the virtual platform will broadcast all the conferences in streaming with simultaneous translation.
The event will have followed an anti-Covid-19 protocol developed by the Fira de Barcelona in collaboration with the consulting firm specializing in risk management Aon and the advice of the Hospital ClÃnic de Barcelona, ââin order to offer the guarantees maximum safety for workers, organizers, exhibitors and visitors.
