Watch: Matthew Shea Shares Regrets for “Below Deck Mediterranean”
September 21 (UPI) – Matthew Shea shares his regrets for his time Under the Mediterranean Bridge.
The chef and TV personality revisited moments from the show during a game of Do You Regret It? Monday episode of Watch what is happening live.
Shea, who injured his knee before the first charter of Season 6, said he regrets leaving the boat instead of overcoming his injury in the season premiere.
Shea also said he regretted “getting out of the boat with a drunken rage” in the July 26 episode of the series.
“I mean, to be completely honest, I don’t fully remember that night. And I drank, I had drunk too much. I hadn’t eaten,” Shea previously said. Recount Well done the insider. “I had a rough afternoon. I was angry. I was done, as I like to say.”
Shea said his abrupt exit was “just a drunken and horrible reaction.” He returned to the boat in the August 2 episode and apologized to Captain Sandy Yawn and his teammates for his actions.
At WWHL, Shea said he didn’t regret telling former flight attendant Lexi Wilson that she was the worst person he had met, or pressuring Katie Flood to she abandons former flight attendant Delaney Evans.
“No, I like the team we ended up with,” he said of Wilson and Evans’ departures. “I like the team we had, without Delaney and Lexi.”
Shea, however, said he regrets threatening to give Yawn an ultimatum to keep him or Wilson on the boat.
